Lived Experience First
Everything we build comes from real neurodivergent experience, not assumptions or theory.
Co-Founder of AutiPocket

Rosie spent over 8 years navigating corporate environments as a neurodivergent professional, often without fully understanding why things felt so much harder than they seemed to be for everyone else.
The daily challenges were constant: processing overwhelming open-plan offices, decoding unwritten social rules, recovering from meetings that left her exhausted, and masking to fit in. Traditional workplace support wasn't designed for minds like hers.
Even after her autism diagnosis, Rosie discovered that workplace wellbeing provisions, EAPs, mental health first aiders, HR policies, often missed what neurodivergent employees actually needed. The support was either too clinical, too generic, or required the kind of disclosure that felt unsafe.
She realised that what she needed wasn't therapy or formal accommodations. It was practical, day-to-day support: a calm space to regulate, someone who understood, and tools that worked in the moment.
AutiPocket emerged from that gap. Built from lived experience, it provides the support Rosie wished she'd had during her corporate career, and that she knows thousands of neurodivergent employees still need today.
The app is designed to be calm, practical, and accessible without requiring disclosure. It's support in your pocket, available when you need it, without needing to explain yourself.
Today, Rosie is focused on bringing AutiPocket to organisations who want to genuinely support their neurodivergent employees, while keeping the individual app free for anyone who needs it.
